This is your typical Dunkin for the most part. The service seems inconsistent though. I have been here many times over the last year or so and sometimes have great service while other times I'm wondering who is training these people. It's a pretty basic service and so long as one follows the franchise SOP, things should be more consistent.

I ate at Dunkin Donuts this morning and got a coffee, donut, and bagel. I want to say that I had an overall pleasant experience, but the poor service make my trip terribly inconvenient. The food was great, and exactly the quality that I would expect from the chain, and the room was clean. However, it took an unusual amount of time for my order to be ready. The staff is extremely slow and unwelcoming. There was no sense of urgency for the staff, it appeared. I do believe that my experience there would have been different if I had been there on a different day or at a different time, as the restaurant in general seemed well-kept, but it can surely improve.

The coffee here tastes like it has been run through twice - even after I asked for a new cup it still had that bland no kick almost dish water taste. I asked for strong blend and this may as well have been decaf - and the staff there now is slow and look like they just want to be somewhere else

It was nice, well kept, but the workers were incredibly slow. It was painful to be there. This experience actually cheers me up when things are slow. I just joke that whatever I have to sludge through isn't as bad as the day I had to wait 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese at my neighborhood Dunkin donuts. Turns out my bagel was excellent, but stuff like that just gets the ball rolling on a bad day.

Save your money. One of the most unfriendliest staffs I have ever met at a Dunkin. Drive the extra block to Starbucks. Maybe it's because it's a smaller Dunkin, but they don't have a lot of menu items a larger Dunkin carries.

When I first moved over to the east coast, I was surprised that a donut shop was better known for their coffee than their donuts. And they dare place themselves on par with starbucks?? Blasphemous. Probably just my west coast superiority complex. However, since then, I've cast aside my pride and have proudly converted into a Dunkin' Coffee fan. It's smoother, richer, and has less acidic overtones -- translation: it just tastes better. In particular, I love this dunkin donuts! It's my favorite branch around the area. This one is located off federal kinda in its own little plaza. It's new, always clean, and the staff is really nice. It's never very crowded and has just the right amount of ambient noise, which makes it a perfect place to study in. Recent discovery: raspberry coffee actually tastes pretty good. So do the thick, soft blueberry bagels. Just don't steal my cozy spot in the very corner of the store by the window!

Sam and his staff are top notch. They know what I want before I breath a word. I guess I go there a lot. It seems that they are a cut above the other D&Ds in the area. The store is always clean and the food fresh. The only complaint I have is the WiFi is mercurial.

So, I'd say an apple fritter (a.k.a. bear claw in some regions), is my all-time favorite donut. What does Dunkins sell me? A miserable knock-off filled with pie filling from a can!!! What is that? I actually took a bite, spit it out, and tossed it out in the backyard. My dog, a boxer, took a sniff and walked away. Now THAT'S a poor excuse for a donut!! But, as a cheap donut chain (the equivalent of McDonald's .49 cent hamburger scam), what do you really expect? I'm on the hunt for a mom n' pop donut shop.............

In South Florida, I have been to dozens of different DD stores. Between bad service, rude staff, obnoxious owners, I have seen it all. This store, open only several months, is the exception. The owner (Sam) is always very nice and friendly. He has his sons working with him from time to time and they are great too. He does sometimes make some questionable hires, but all in all, I love this one!
